(“Company” or “we”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, maintained, protected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from this website or our other websites and online experiences that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our  “Sites”).This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect on our Sites and in email, text, other electronic messages between you and our Sites, and through our mobile and desktop applications, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our Sites. It does not apply to information collected by:

• Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by the Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or in-person interactions; or

• Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on our Sites.

This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

If you do not want us to use Information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to the email address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. For this opt-out to function, you must have your browser set to accept all browser cookies.

Please note that we do not alter our Sites’ data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

When you place an order through any of our Sites, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

LIMITATIONS

Age Restrictions 

None of our Sites are intended for persons under 21 years of age. No one under age 21 may provide any Personal Information to or on any of our Sites. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under 21. If you are under 21, do not use or provide any Information on any of our Sites or through any of their features, register on any of our Sites, make any purchases through any of our Sites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of any of our Sites, or provide any Information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a person under 21, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 21, please contact us at the email address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

Geographic Restrictions

We are based in the State of New York in the United States. We provide our Sites for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that any of our Sites or any of the content on any of our Sites is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to our Sites may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access any of our Sites from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
